From our offices in the india and the abroad, we offer comprehensive after-sales support. This can be via a remote support facility, or if required, in person. Site visits are rarely needed although if required they are included in the Software Maintenance Agreement, as are minor software updates.
Over and above this additional support, e.g.. out of hours, can be purchased on an agreed cost basis, ensuring you remain in control of the cost implications at all times.
